The automatic filling scale is composed of a feeding pump, a solenoid valve and a pipeline and a weighing system. When the liquid level is below a certain position, the solenoid valve opens, and the liquid flows through the feeding pump and the pipeline into the feeding tank. When the liquid reaches the height of the liquid level, the solenoid valve closes. When the liquid level reaches a certain set weight, the float level control sends a signal to power off the solenoid valve and close the valve body.

Automatic filling scale set the standard weight and error weight of the raw materials selected in the formula and specify the equipment for weighing the selected raw materials, which is composed of a filling gun device, a PLC control system part, an electronic weighing platform, a filling rack, and a conveying equipment.

Liquid canning machine adopts configuration software to monitor the interface design, can quickly component and generate the upper computer monitoring system, through the screen real-time display of the current filling quality, filling barrels and other field work status, the upper computer can carry out the corresponding operation, through the interface for the choice of filling mode and start, stop and other buttons operation. The configuration monitoring screen completes the monitoring of the operation status of the filling system.

The quantitative filling machine is controlled by PLC program for each sensor, relay, switch and solenoid valve, the empty barrel will be transferred to the filling position by the conveyor, the proximity switch arranged in the filling position will automatically sense the automatic filling to reach the predetermined weight, the PLC will control the filling gun to stop filling, and the suction cap device will automatically seal the cap, and start the conveyor motor to transport the filling barrel away.

The weighing and distributing machine is composed of stepping motor, gear pump, filling head, conveyor belt and electric control box. The electric part mainly includes stepping motor driving power supply, locating solenoid valve, counter, cylinder filling head, conveyor motor and corresponding control circuit, the filling machine mechanism is connected by the output shaft of the stepping motor and the driving shaft of the gear pump through the variable-speed speed deceleration. The stepper motor can be used as a power source for filling liquid, and also can be used to accurately control the number of revolutions of the gear pump by controlling the number of running steps of the stepper motor to achieve the purpose of accurate measurement.
