The lubricating oil dosing system realizes PLC on-line control, the valve position and discharger position signal detection adopts load sensor, and the bin location adopts heavy weight type material level meter, which can realize continuous warehouse location detection. The control unit is mainly a touch screen, PLC as an auxiliary control system, man-machine interface display ratio parameters (formula) and monitoring and recording real-time data. According to the speed of weighing material, the lead amount is provided. When the weight is detected to reach the set value, the lead amount is subtracted, and the control instrument closes the feed valve. The lead amount can be manually corrected or automatically corrected, so that the control instrument can control the batching precision of each batching scale to reach the set target value.

The Variable feeding system measures the weight by means of a load cell under the reactor scale frame to determine the weight of the material on the reactor. A digital speed sensor is mounted on the tail drum or rotating equipment and continuously measures the pulse output of the speed sensor at the feed rate, which is proportional to the screw speed. The velocity signal along with the weight signal is weighed and fed to the belt feeder controller to generate and display the cumulative/instantaneous flow rate. The feeder controller compares the flow rate to the set flow rate and the controller outputs a signal to control the inverter to achieve the dosing requirement.

The Computer weighing system is based on a load cell, and through signal amplification and a microprocessor, the weight value is converted into an electrical signal output, which can be used for data processing by a computer. It is suitable for controlling the production process with computerized technology.
