The weighing system has many functions, including Flash program memory, watchdog, EEPROM, synchronous/asynchronous serial port, TWI, SPI, A/D analog-to-digital converter, timer/counter, etc. It can be widely used in one, including reset system to enhance reliability, sleep mode to reduce power consumption and anti-interference, various interrupt systems, timer/counter with diversified functions such as input capture and comparison matching output, and I/O port with replacement function.

After photoelectric isolation, DA is converted into a speed regulating signal of 4-20mA, and the operating frequency of the frequency converter is adjusted, so as to control the operating speed of the feeding motor and achieve the purpose of controlling the feeding amount.

The principle followed in the mixing process of weighing system is "raw materials with large proportion are added first, those with small proportion are added later, those with light proportion are added first, and those with heavy proportion are added later". The formula input should also follow this principle, but attention should also be paid to prevent the phenomenon of weighing in the batching process. In the batching process, the formula input should be adjusted according to the time from the start of batching to the opening and unloading of the mixer, and the middle section of the feeding time of a large proportion of raw materials should be placed in the opening and unloading time of the mixer, so that the amount of raw materials added will not be wrong due to weighing.

The weighing system can adopt fuzzy control, that is, compare the flow with the setting. If there is a big difference between the two, the adjustment range of the speed control signal is also large. If the two are close, the adjustment range is small, or even fine-tuning. Pre-judgment can also be added, that is, the speed control signal is controlled in advance according to the changing trend of the flow rate, and at the same time, the average value of the speed control signal in a period of time is used to generate dynamic upper and lower amplitude limiting of the speed control signal, which can effectively solve the phenomenon of large flow fluctuation and adjustment overshoot caused by poor discharge and other reasons.
