The mixing system is an on-line measurement dynamic measurement system which integrates the functions of transportation, measurement, batching and quantification. The weighed material automatically descends according to the preset formula, and the actual blanking error is automatically corrected at the next blanking. The weighing instrument displays the instantaneous flow rate and accumulated material transportation amount obtained by calculating and processing the load weight electric signal and speed signal on the weighing display respectively.

Temperature-insulated reaction kettle combines weighing sensor, load transfer device, installation connector and other components, and can be connected with various mechanical devices very conveniently. Automatic feeding control, automatic metering, PLC control, man-machine interface for data input and storage in the whole production process. Frequency converter is used to control the stirring speed, which can be set at will.

The weighing device of reaction kettle integrates advanced technologies in various fields such as mechanics, electronic technology and sensing technology. Metering quantitative feeding, reaction process control, discharging and other production process control and data management as one of the batching system. It consists of three parts: touch screen, operation cabinet and power distribution cabinet, and automatically and continuously controls the weighing, feeding, stirring and discharging of powder and liquid materials of the whole set of equipment according to the set formula.

The feeding system measures the weight by means of a load cell under the reactor scale frame to determine the weight of the material on the reactor. A digital speed sensor is mounted on the tail drum or rotating equipment and continuously measures the pulse output of the speed sensor at the feed rate, which is proportional to the screw speed. The velocity signal along with the weight signal is weighed and fed to the belt feeder controller to generate and display the cumulative/instantaneous flow rate. The feeder controller compares the flow rate to the set flow rate and the controller outputs a signal to control the inverter to achieve the dosing requirement.

Vertical reactor is an automatic production line for conveying, proportioning, heating, mixing and packaging of different types of materials (solid or liquid). It adopts PLC control mode and novel frequency conversion speed control feeding mechanism, which can realize the functions of material transmission, dosage control, formula design and production data management with the dosage control software package. And can realize the aggregate control of multiple batching systems through the network.

Weighing system is suitable for petroleum, chemical and proportioning industries. It is based on computer technology, control technology, communication technology and graphic display technology (i.e., 4C technology), and connects field control stations, control management stations, testing stations and operation management stations and engineer stations of operation and control centers which are distributed in the industrial site (nearby) through the communication network, and completes the decentralized control and the centralized operation and management in one integrated control system.

Weighing equipment is a complete set of automation equipment to realize dynamic weighing and batching control through electrical control management and visualization man-machine software configuration. The electrical control part of the system adopts Siemens PLC, which is programmed and controlled according to the production requirements; the software adopts the man-machine configuration, which controls the weight and flow of the material loaded into the weighing hopper according to the process requirements, through the monitoring system and the PLC program.
