The hydraulic lifting platform is mainly composed of platform scale, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, control valve, oil tank and pipeline components. The hydraulic oil is formed by the vane pump to form a certain pressure, and enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, flast-proof electromagnetic directional valve, throttle valve, liquid-controlled check valve and balance valve, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves upward and lifts heavy objects. The oil return at the upper end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank through the flameproof electromagnetic directional valve. The rated pressure is adjusted through the relief valve. Observe the reading value of the pressure gauge through the pressure gauge. The piston of the cylinder moves downward (i.e. the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the liquid cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and the oil returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, the liquid-controlled check valve, the throttle valve, and the flameproof electromagnetic directional valve. In order to make the weight fall smoothly and brake safely and reliably, the balance valve is set on the oil return circuit to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure, so that the falling speed is not changed by the weight, and the flow rate is adjusted by the throttle valve to control the lifting speed. In order to make the braking safe and reliable and prevent accidents, the hydraulic control check valve is added, that is, the hydraulic lock, to ensure that the hydraulic line can be safely self-locked when the accidental burst. Overload sound alarm is installed to distinguish overload or equipment failure. The control system controls the rotation of the motor through the button, and the reversing of the flameproof electromagnetic directional valve to keep the load raised or lowered, and adjusts the time delay through the program to avoid the motor starting frequently and affecting the service life.

The working principle can be simply summarized as the following steps:

1. Hydraulic fluid supply: The hydraulic system of the hydraulic lifting platform scale is usually composed of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic valves, Electronic scales, etc. When the hydraulic system is started, the hydraulic pump extracts the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic tank and increases its pressure to a certain extent.

2. Pressure transmission: the hydraulic fluid is transferred to the hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic pipe. The hydraulic cylinder usually consists of a piston and a piston rod, which are isolated from the hydraulic fluid.

3. Liquid pressure conversion: When the hydraulic fluid enters the hydraulic cylinder, the liquid pressure will act on the piston. Through the connection of the piston rod and the lifting platform scale, the liquid pressure will be transferred to the lifting platform scale.

4. Lifting platform scale: Under the action of liquid pressure, the piston begins to rise and drive the lifting platform to rise together. When the lifting electronic scale reaches the required height, the hydraulic pump will stop supplying hydraulic fluid to maintain the position of the lifting scale.

5. Lower the lifting platform scale: If you need to lower the lifting electronic scale, the hydraulic valve will open to allow the hydraulic fluid to flow from the hydraulic cylinder back to the hydraulic tank. The flow of hydraulic fluid leads to a reduction in the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, and the lifting scale will be slowly reduced by its own gravity.

The working principle of hydraulic lifting platform scale is to realize the lifting function through the transmission and control of liquid pressure. It has the advantages of simple structure, stable lifting and high carrying capacity, and is widely used in cargo handling, vehicle maintenance and other places.
