When PLC is put into automatic for the first time, the program adopts the nominal value set by the operator, and from the second time onwards, the main setting value is calculated according to the last feeding error; the residual value is the weight of the remaining material after the weighing hopper is emptied; the stopping value is the setting value for the vibrating feeder to stop vibrating, which is arrived at by subtracting the overshooting value from the main setting value.
