The weighing and Filling machine adopts high-precision electronic weighing technology, the main control element made by PLC, the detection and weighing sensor such as photoelectric and proximity switch as the external input signal, and the servo motor and the action cylinder as the output component. It has the function of online real-time monitoring of products, and has the function of input of product information. The computer is connected with PLC through serial communication, which can collect data in real time and carry out data processing and data entry and storage of the production line. The control function is realized by the hardware relay, which is connected in the control circuit according to the change of voltage, current, speed, time and temperature in the main circuit, and completes 9 steps such as loading, entering, loading, feeding, filling, discharging, capping, sealing and palletising.

When the filling weight reaches the set weight, that is, the required filling weight, the filling valve is completely closed. The barrel cylinder moves to push the next empty barrel to the position, and the empty barrel pushes the filled barrel from the position to another position, that is, it is pushed to the conveyor to transport it out.
