The microprocessor in the weighing instrument processes the weight signal and displays the weight directly. After configuring the printer, the weighing data can be printed; if configured with a computer, the number of measurements can be directly input into the weighing management system for comprehensive management.

The explosion-proof weighbridge can complete the on-site dosage control and formula weight collection by means of the HPS multi-material function installed on the touch screen. The on-site operator only needs to carry out the necessary manual intervention to complete the whole production, avoiding human errors and improving the production efficiency at the same time. It has rich functions such as production monitoring, formula management (strong confidentiality), batch statistics, alarm prompts and report printing, which is very suitable for real-time, multi-task control. Through the supporting communication interface can also be related to production information uploaded to the data server or ERP, to achieve information sharing.
