On the basis of the original analog sensor, the weighing module adds digital conversion and even digital correction, digital filtering and digital compensation.

Because the digital signal output replaces the original analog signal output, it overcomes many shortcomings of the traditional analog signal, such as easy interference and attenuation, and greatly improves the reliability of the Weighing system.

The resolution of digital transmission circuit of weighing module can reach 1 million internal codes, the sampling rate can reach 100 times per second, and the temperature drift can reach 10PPM/℃.

Weighing module has become a necessary device in process control. From the weighing of large storage tanks and hoppers and the control of cranes to the mixed distribution, automatic detection in production process and the control of powder feeding, weighing module has been applied to almost all weighing fields.

In the control field, the weighing module is used as an output control signal to carry out fixed-value weighing, control the operation of external batching equipment, and carry out the tasks of automatic weighing and rapid sub-packaging.
