The measurement module adopts full-bridge measurement circuit, which makes the error generated by the system smaller and the output data more accurate. The function of the three-operation amplifier circuit is to amplify the weak analog signal output by the sensor by a certain multiple to meet the requirements of the A/D converter for the input signal level. The function of A/D conversion is to convert analog signals into digital signals, carry out analog-to-digital conversion, then send the digital signals to the display circuit, and finally display the measurement results by the display circuit.

The weighing module completes the storage of sampling data, interrupts the service, completes the scanning, determines the number keys or function keys, and sends data to the data buffer and the display buffer when the number is digital. The output voltage signal is accumulated through the junction box and transmitted to the weighing instrument, which displays the material weight in the current weighing (reaction tank) in real time through A/D conversion. Print metering data in real time, save historical data records, and allow users to monitor the working state of the reaction tank and find historical data.
