As the weighing and measuring tank belongs to the online operation of equipment, must be calibrated online, no large area carrier (tank) platform or space to stack standard weights, can not be calibrated full range, and time-consuming and laborious, as well as by the environment and other objective conditions, can not accurately and reliably reflect the measurement of performance. For this reason, the development of new measurement standard devices to carry out calibration of weighing and measuring tanks, unified weighing and measuring tanks of technical indicators, strengthen supervision and management.

The hydraulic system is controlled by the linear movement of the hydraulic cylinders, thus eliminating the gap of the whole mechanism of the standard loading device unit to gradually transfer the load to the weighing module at the bottom of the weighing and measuring tank, and displaying the quantity and value through the supporting weighing instrument, the hydraulic cylinders can move linearly in both directions to realize the loading and unloading of the weighing and measuring tank.

The digital weighing module as the core unit is used as a standard loading device to test the metrological characteristics of the weighing tanks in conjunction with the loading fixtures. The calibration of the weighing tank uses the standard loading device as the calibration standard. The standard loading device consists of a load cell with C4 accuracy and related fixtures.

The error of the reproduced mass value of the standard loading device should be no more than 1/3 of the permissible error of the corresponding load of the calibrated weighing and measuring tank, and its short-term stability should be no more than ±0.01%/30s. Installation requirements of the standard loading device and the special force frame: the pre-embedded parts should be kept at a level, and the deviation of the level should be less than 1°; the deviation of the pre-embedded parts from the leveling of the ground plane should be less than 2mm; all the special force frames should be at the same level, and the difference in height should be less than 2mm; the difference in height should be less than 2mm. The height difference is less than 2mm; the installation verticality of the standard loading device (on the ground) should be kept vertical, and the deviation should be less than 1°.

Selection of weighing points: According to the maximum calibration load of the tank, select the following load points for calibration: 25% maximum calibration load, 50% maximum calibration load, 75% maximum calibration load, maximum calibration load, or select the calibration load points according to the user's requirements.

Under repeatability conditions, a set of measurements shall be made in a practically consistent manner with a calibration load close to 50% maximum calibration load, and the readings shall be taken when the tank is loaded and has reached stability. The test load test points may be adjusted if the user has special needs. The load shall be unloaded to zero prior to each loading and loaded after the tank reading has stabilized. Set the tank indication to zero before measurement. Load the test load at least 6 times. Record the indicated value each time the load is loaded. After each unloading during the measurement, check the displayed value. If the display is not zero, it can be set to zero.
