The quantitative automatic feeding system sets up a centralized control operation console at the production site. The dynamic weighing instrument is installed on the operation console. The Electronic scale data line installed under the support leg of the automatic feeding system is connected to the dynamic metering instrument. The real-time data of the electronic scale is transmitted to the industrial control computer in the control center through the communication line from the weighing instrument. The formula and control commands are transmitted to the instruments and PLC controllers via communication lines from the industrial control computer in the control center. The weighing instrument starts under the control of the PLC. The electronic scale outputs different signals (fast feeding, slow feeding, unloading, etc.) to the PLC at different measurement stages, and the PLC directly controls the external equipment.
