The weighing module adopts the control model to automatically compensate the weighing error, ensure the accuracy of batching, monitor the production process of batching, and give an alarm in time when faults are found. The control of weighing is automatically completed through the established model. Various precision control methods, such as automatic weighing compensation, lead tracking, zero tracking, successive approximation and under-weighing processing, can achieve higher control precision, enhance the adaptability of the system to changeable industrial sites and improve the reliability of the system.
The weighing module takes the single chip microcomputer as the CPU of the system. The external circuit needs display circuit, keyboard input, power supply, communication interface, sensor and alarm. The sensing element is made of piezoelectric material, and the piezoelectric effect of charge is generated on the surface of the piezoelectric material after being stressed. This charge is amplified and transformed by charge amplifier and measuring circuit, and then it becomes the electric output proportional to the external force. Piezoelectric sensors are used to measure force and non-electric physical quantities that can be converted into force.
The weighing sensors are accumulated through the junction box and transmitted to the weighing instrument, which displays the weight of materials in the current weighing in real time through A/D conversion. The displayed weight data is transmitted to PLC through serial communication, and the PLC compares the collected weight of the weighing module with the weight set in the touch screen (or computer) of the Electronic scale to control the action of the whole reaction kettle. It adopts high-performance configuration software, has a complete Chinese interface, and has real-time data display, flow and temperature control curves, alarm and operation records, complete production reports and other management functions.
