The hardware components of the sorting system include the following aspects: the weighing system, PLC, touch screen, weighing module, frequency converter, electromagnetic valve group, conveyor, etc. The transmission and reception of signals between the weighing system and PLC adopt the I0 communication mode, and the end actuator of the weighing system adopts pneumatic control mode. When the material passes through the weighing module, the electromagnet coil is energized, and the pneumatic claw grabs and picks up the material. The input signals of PLC are collected through external buttons, touch screens, and weighing modules. The PLC output signal controls the frequency converter to achieve the variation of the conveyor's running speed. By energizing the coil of the electromagnetic valve in the electromagnetic valve group, it drives the double-acting cylinder to sort the materials, and controls the on-off of each status indicator light.
