020-34563445The online automatic Batching system adopts Weighing modules, and the weighing instrument uses TR200H. The F900 is an operator panel launched by Mitsubishi that provides control and process monitoring through a sealed keyboard, supporting both text and graphic display. Each type of batching kettle is equipped with three types of pneumatic valves: slow batching pneumatic valves, fast batching pneumatic valves, and unloading pneumatic valves.
The batching machine is set with two working modes: "automatic" and "manual". The "manual" operation is to complete a certain control link separately, such as separate "feeding", separate "stirring" and separate "discharging". It is allowed to pause with the "pause/Continue" key and parameters can be modified in the pause state. "Automatic" operation is to complete a full cycle control period, including feeding, stirring, discharging and other links. During "automatic" operation, only the "pause/Continue" key is valid, all "manual" keys are invalid, and parameters cannot be modified.
The automatic feeding system has an immediate stop function: when the "Stop" key is valid, any control process will stop and return to the weight display state. It has a zeroing function: Pressing the "Zeroing" key in the weighing state can return the displayed value to zero. If it exceeds the zeroing range, it cannot be zeroed and an error message will be displayed. It has a tare function: In the weighing state, pressing the "Tare" key will deduct the displayed weight as the tare weight. Pressing the "Tare" key again will restore the original displayed weight.
During the actual operation of the batching control system, due to reasons such as mechanical equipment wear and dust in the scale volume, the pre-applied pressure may change, causing variations in the zero-point voltage. To ensure the accuracy of the measurement values, the software automatically measures the zero-point voltage at regular intervals and then deducts the zero-point value in the calculation. The method of automatic measurement is as follows: When the timer interruption period of the single-chip microcomputer expires, the single-chip microcomputer outputs a reset signal to the PLC. The PLC then turns off the motor, stops feeding, and controls the operation for a certain period of time. After the material is completely discharged, the measurement is carried out, and the measured zero-point voltage value is stored in the temporary storage area.
During the feeding process of the batching equipment, when the difference between the required material quantity and the actual feeding quantity is less than the feeding lead quantity, the pneumatic valve of the feeding valve is closed to stop feeding. The theoretical material quantity is replenished by inertia and the material flow after the pneumatic valve is closed. If the lead quantity is too large, the point operation method is adopted to complete it (that is, the feeding motor is driven by pulse, and only a small amount of material is fed in each time it is started). To ensure the accuracy of weighing.
