Weighing system is mainly suitable for powder or liquid dosing function, usually used for more than two kinds of raw materials to do batch mixing in proportion, and program control to make batch mixing do continuous action, so as to achieve mixing ratio to get uniform performance. The human-machine interface is used to input the corresponding ratio parameters, the signal of each weighing scale is transmitted to the weighing instrument through the weighing sensor, and then the weighing instrument conversion signal is connected to the central controller. The central controller controls the feeding time and feeding amount of each material according to the real-time data of each weighing unit according to the formula set. When all raw materials are weighed, they enter the batcher. After sufficient mixing, it enters the silo by conveyor or gravity.
