The dynamic Weighing system is an automated and intelligent system solution for changing the production batching process. It utilizes technologies such as dynamic weighing, PLC automatic intelligent control, and computer information management. It features fast batching speed, high control accuracy, weight value display and sharing, intuitive dynamic display of the batching process screen, automatic batching of multiple materials, and flexible modification of formulas. The system adopts an open control mode, featuring strong compatibility and high flexibility. It can be integrated into the enterprise information network to achieve real-time commonality of production data and realize the integration and informatization of production control.

Adopting the dynamic weighing technology of the screw scale, the material weighing accuracy is high. The digital weighing module has strong anti-interference ability and high detection accuracy. The material conveying fully considers the uniformity and stability of the material flow. After dynamic weighing, the PLC controls the motor to achieve automatic quantitative feeding. The system adopts a multi-input and multi-output method to realize the coordination and real-time control of various materials and each batching and conveying line, and to monitor and adjust the material flow in a timely and accurate manner. This will further achieve the automation of complex multi-material batching, reduce labor intensity, and cut down on manual operations and labor costs.

The feeding system adopts a distributed control system (DCS). Each material conveying line is controlled separately, but it can be centrally managed through the upper computer. The parameter setting and various management operations, including monitoring, alarm and processing, are realized through the upper computer, which improves the operability and reliability of the entire feeding system. Apart from the overall operation mode being different, all the device pages facing users in the system adopt human-computer dialogue and menu-guided operation, which is simple and easy to use.

When the production process and actual production formula change, the system formula parameters need to be modified at any time. The traditional batching method has a certain lag and the formula modification process is cumbersome. By using the bulk material batching control system, new formula parameters can be set in the upper computer, and the system will automatically execute according to the new parameters, which is flexible and convenient. Formula modifications will also be recorded for future reference.

The system has a powerful monitoring function, which can collect, analyze and display the on-site situation in real time. Managers can remotely grasp the production situation, equipment operation status, shift information, etc. in real time and intuitively through the upper computer. For the automatic monitoring of system equipment operation, when operational faults or abnormal conditions are detected, it will automatically alarm and record abnormal information, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly identify problems and reducing or avoiding the impact of equipment failures on production progress.
