The structure form of upper and lower computers is formed by using computers and PLCS to achieve the system control objective. The hardware part includes the design and selection of the upper computer, the design and selection of the lower computer, and the design and selection of communication hardware. Siemens S7-200 series PLC was selected, which can well meet the control requirements in terms of reliability. Wireless communication equipment was chosen for communication hardware, and STEP7-Micro/WIN32 programming software was adopted as the development tool for software design.
The feeding section is the actuator that adds materials from the silo to the weighing equipment. Electromagnetic vibrating Feeders, screw feeders, and two-speed solenoid valves are selected. The weighing section consists of a weighing module, standard connection components, a junction box and a hopper scale, which, together with the weighing instrument, weigh the materials and detect errors. The discharging equipment consists of a venting valve, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder and an electrical vibrating valve. The batching control system is composed of weighing instruments, upper-level computers, CRT display devices, programmable logic controllers, wireless communication equipment and other control components, etc. The batching weighing module should be regularly calibrated to ensure the batching accuracy of the system.
Control requirements
1) The automatic control and manual control functions of the Batching system. In the automatic control mode, the operator inputs the material formula and other control parameters from the keyboard to automatically complete the process flow control. Manual control mode is a control method where the operator inputs the material formula, other control parameters, and specific control requirements through the keyboard, and then operates step by step.
2) Wireless communication mode (free port communication mode) The system adopts wireless communication mode and free port communication mode.
3) Equipment operation fault status alarm and alarm record query: The monitoring software monitors the operation status of each actuator, can handle various faults in an emergency and issue alarm prompts, thereby quickly eliminating faults. Meanwhile, the flexible and diverse control methods of the system also provide convenience for fault handling
4) Automatic compensation function for feeding drop value. During the batching process, the weighing of flying materials in the air can be automatically corrected, improving the weighing accuracy.
5) Full-process system operation status monitoring and display function. The material quality and the operating status of each actuator are dynamically displayed on the monitor.
6) Production management and report printing: This function is used for production management (such as formula management, etc.) and report printing.
