

The batching system uses programmable controller (PLC) as the core, and simultaneously controls multiple scales, different materials or outputs (depending on the process), intelligently controls batching time, and there is no waiting between batching scales, which shortens batching cycle and improves batching speed and output.

Automatic Batching system is a process in which two or more kinds of materials are automatically and quantitatively added into the mixing batching tank according to a certain weight ratio, and are automatically discharged after being mixed to meet the predetermined requirements.
The whole weighing and batching system does not need a main console, but only a weighing module, a junction box, a weighing control instrument, a PLC junction box and a touch screen. The main hardware consists of two computers, a high-performance micro-weighing controller, a man-machine interface, a high-speed and high-precision weighing unit and internationally renowned low-voltage appliances, and the automatic control of production is realized by combining with professional control software independently developed.
The reaction tank consists of three parts: the tank, the mixer and the weighing module. The materials are sent to the metering tank under the drive of the motor. The electrical signals representing the weight generated by the weighing module and the weighing instrument are collected by the PLC and the computer after passing through the signal amplification module. When the predetermined weight is reached, the PLC drives the motor to open the pneumatic valve of the metering tank, and the materials enter the reaction kettle. At the same time, the stirring motor is started. When the stirring reaches the specified time, the discharge port is opened for discharging, and the one-time batching process is completed.
