The automatic control system of the reactor is composed of automatic batching design, feed and discharge all controlled by computer, dynamic weighing module, precision amplifier, A/D converter, microcomputer, monitor, printer and execution system. The weight required for various materials is set through the touch screen, and automatically transported to the ingredients in order for automatic weighing and flow control, so as to achieve accurate measurement and batching.
020-34563445When the automatic control system of the weighing reactor is in operation, pressing the start button will activate the system's touch screen, and the weighing touch screen will reset to zero. Then, effective signals for fast and slow feeding of raw materials are given. The system opens the valve and starts the material pump to begin the rapid feeding process of raw materials (i.e., two feeding valves are opened simultaneously). At the same time, the touch screen starts to track and read the Electronic scale signal at any time. When the weight approaches the preset maximum feeding value, the weighing touch screen will close the fast feeding signal. Enable the system to enter the slow feeding process of raw materials (close one valve), while the weighing touch screen continues to track and read the signals of the weighing module at any time. The touch screen will determine whether the weight of the hopper is greater than or equal to the raw material target value - the raw material drop value.
If the Batching system is greater than or equal to, the weighing touch screen will turn off the small input signal, stop the feeding process (all valves and feeding motors will be closed), and this measurement is completed. If it is necessary to cumulatively add and measure in the same metering reaction pot, start adding the second material. At this time, the weighing touch screen will first reset to zero and display the output. Fast feeding and slow feeding are effective, and the process is the same as above. Otherwise, start unloading the material into the reactor.
After the batching system is started, the system PLC automatically controls the sequential opening of the pneumatic valves and feeding valves for each raw material, and simultaneously starts the feeding motor. When the feeding is completed, the feeding valve and motor are automatically closed, and the unloading valve and stirring motor are opened. The raw materials start to be unloaded, and the reaction pot begins to stir. When the stirring is completed, the system opens the unloading valve and motor of the reaction tank to transport the finished materials to the finished product tank. The ingredient preparation for this time is completed. The filling workers can start the Filling machine to carry out the barrel filling process. The batching process of the reaction vessel can also be manually operated by the operator by pressing the valves and motor buttons on the operation console in sequence according to the process requirements.
Before each production, the formula for this batch of ingredients can be set and input, and the required raw material quantity can be allocated proportionally (or the default method can be adopted, that is, the previous formula can still be used). Provide data basis for automatic feeding. At the same time as the production starts, the PLC sends the dynamic measurement start signal to the weighing and measurement touch screen. The touch screen then begins to collect and display the weight of each link, and adopts fast feeding and slow feeding strategies at different weight stages to balance improving efficiency and measurement accuracy. When the target value is reached, a stop metering signal is output, and the PLC controls the closure of relevant valves, pumps, etc. At the same time, the unloading of materials into the reaction vessel is completed, and the measurement touch screen automatically zeros and removes the skin.
