The metering Filling machine controls the feeding of empty barrels, filling through the filling valve, weighing during filling, and outputting the finished products to complete one filling process. The liquid storage tank of the filling equipment is designed with a feeding mechanism. When designing the position of the float ball inside the filling, two values are set: the minimum value and the maximum value. Feeding is carried out when the float ball position is at the minimum value, and feeding stops when it rises to the maximum value. The filling valve is driven by a double-station cylinder and is filled in two stages. When the barrels are sent onto the roller conveyor of the automatic filling machine, the photoelectric switch detects that the barrels are in place. The bucket-pushing cylinder acts, and the filling machine pushes the empty barrels onto the unpowered roller on the weighing mechanism. When the photoelectric switch detects that the barrels have reached the filling position, the filling valve is fully open to start filling. When the filling weight reaches the set initial weight, the filling valve is half-open for filling. When the filling weight reaches the set weight, that is, the required filling weight, the filling valve is fully closed. The bucket-pushing cylinder operates, pushing the next empty barrel to the position. This empty barrel then pushes the filled barrel onto the conveyor for transportation out.

To ensure the accurate and reliable operation of each part of the filling process, the PLC programmable controller needs to control each weighing module, relay, switch and solenoid valve through the PLC program. Integrate information technology accessory devices, such as printers, scanners, RFID and other information identification devices, to provide identifiable information for materials entering the weighing and distribution process.

The automatic filling machine adopts the DELL industrial control computer WINXP operating system and is designed with a programmable controller for process control such as filling scanning and filling management. On the basis of relevant database information services, a monitoring interface for the filling production line based on Kingview software is installed, and the connection with on-site control is realized by the PLC system provided internally by Kingview. It adopts an intelligent multi-functional panel. The human-machine operation interface is simple and easy to configure and modify, achieving a complete human-machine dialogue state. The PLC control system and the operation station can communicate quickly through the RS-422/485 interface.
