The feeding screw removes the material from the bin or hopper at a set speed according to the instruction of the control system, and feeds it into the metering screw. It is mainly composed of motor, drive shaft, screw shaft, hopper and other parts. Among them, the motor is the power source of the Feeding machine, which transmits the power to the spiral shaft through the transmission shaft, so that the spiral shaft rotates and conveys the powder and granule upward. The hopper is the container of the powder foam feeding machine, through the rotation of the spiral shaft, the powder will be conveyed upward from the bottom of the hopper. Due to the rotating effect of the screw shaft, the powder granular body is subject to friction and inertia, and is continuously transported upward until it reaches the silo or production line.

Workflow:
