

Batching system is an essential key production equipment for powder production enterprises, which can realize the full automation of batching and be compatible with manual operation. The weighing and batching system installs three load cells horizontally under the tank body, and the sensor signals are connected to the explosion-proof junction box. The signals are balanced and processed in the junction box, and then transmitted to the primary instrument, where the operator can observe the weighing data through the weighing instrument; in addition, the weighing data is transmitted to the PLC through the profibus-DP bus, which does not use the 4-20mA analog transmission and reduces the errors caused by the equipment, transmission, or conversion, and ensures the accuracy of the dosage in the production.
The industrial control computer (equipped with configuration software) communicates with PLC through MPI interface to give all kinds of control parameters and instructions to control PLC's action; reads PLC's status information for the screen to dynamically display real-time status of equipment, weighing data and alarm information in the process. The computer also has the functions of system security setting, formula management, production report inquiry and printing, scale zero calibration, scale parameter setting, etc. The PLC accepts the upper industrial control computer, which can be used to control the weighing process.
PLC accepts the instruction from the upper industrial control computer, controls the process equipment for dosage operation, and judges to produce various kinds of weighing system status symbols (e.g., operation, fault, open, close, etc. signals) for the upper computer to query. Dynamic process flow display screen, the operator can intuitively monitor the whole dosage control process, including the working status of silo conveying equipment, weighing data, mixer and various process gate and valve working status, etc. In terms of functional operation, this weighing and dosage system has the features of flexible function setting and high degree of system intellectualization.
