The positive pressure dense phase transmitter works in four stages:

1Feeding stage

2. Fluidization and pressurization stage

The air inlet valve opens automatically, the compressed air enters the bottom of the sender, diffuses and passes through the fluidized bed, in the colleague of the material fully fluidized, the air pressure inside the sender rises.

3. Conveying stage

When the pressure in the sender reaches a certain value, the pressure sensor sends out a signal, the discharge valve opens automatically, the fluidization of the material on the fluidized bed is strengthened, and the conveying starts, and the material in the sender is gradually reduced, and the material on the vulcanized bed in the process is always in the side of the flow of flowers while conveying.

4. Blowout phase

When the sender in the material delivery is completed, the pressure drops to the pipeline resistance, the indicator signal, ventilation continues for a certain period of time, compressed air to clean the pipeline, and then the inlet valve is closed, the interval of a certain period of time, the closure of the discharge valve, open the inlet valve, to complete the cycle of a conveyor.
