When the human-machine interface inputs the filling bucket to the filling conveyor platform, the clamping plate stepping motor automatically sets the width of the clamping plate, the conveyor belt works, and the bucket feeding begins. At the beginning of the conveyor belt, there is a counting sensor that counts the number of buckets entering. When the number of barrels entered reaches the designated barrels, the clamping locks at both ends of the conveyor belt automatically track the position of the barrels. The clamping locks close and fix the barrels. Then the signal is fed back to the main controller. The main controller adjusts the position of the filling needle through the stepper motor. When the ideal position is reached, filling begins. When the bucket is filled, the lock that controls the bucket is opened, and the conveyor belt starts to operate, sending out the filled buckets and proceeding to the next filling cycle.

The automatic filling machine adopts the liquid level filling method and is suitable for filling liquid materials without foam or with light foam. The specially designed spray gun is easy to operate and fills quickly and accurately. The present invention can ensure the leakage of residual liquid to the greatest extent. The gas collection hood can effectively protect operators from the harm of harmful gases. During the operation, the operator only needs to simply aim at the bucket opening directly below the nozzle of the spray gun, press the "Start" button, and the empty bucket will automatically peel off, followed by precise dual-speed filling.
