The detergent Filling machine is completed by its own filling head, and each filling head is equipped with its own metering device to ensure the accuracy of the filling quality. There are multiple filling points on the entire filling line, which can respectively complete the filling of various different products (materials) (only one type of product is filled during production). At each filling point, the filling machine is equipped with multiple filling heads, which can independently complete the filling and metering of multiple barrels simultaneously. When working, the empty barrels are placed on the conveyor and conveyed to the filling position. The relevant mechanism positions and locks them. After the detection device detects that all the empty barrels are in place, the filling head automatically descends and inserts into the barrel opening. The filling control valve and the filling valve are opened simultaneously. The material starts to fill through the filling gun, the filling control valve (fully open), and the filling valve. At the same time, the weighing module begins to measure. When the filling reaches the set value (a certain percentage of the filling volume), the filling control valve receives a signal, the opening becomes smaller, and the flow rate of the material through the filling control valve decreases accordingly until the accurate filling volume is achieved. After filling is completed, a signal is sent, and the filling control valve and the filling valve close rapidly simultaneously. Then the filling head is lifted, the locking and positioning device is opened, and the filling is completed.

The filled products are conveyed by the conveyor to the capping station to complete the capping process. After the capping is completed, the bucket is conveyed to the designated position by the conveyor, and then pushed into the labeling station in sequence by the pneumatic push rod to complete the labeling process. Finally, the barrels are manually placed on the pallets on the roller conveyor for stacking. After stacking is completed, they are sent to the wrapping machine along with the pallets for wrapping and packaging.

The weighing filling machine features a simple structure, high reliability and precise measurement. Among them, the filling head is a key component, and the diameter of the filling valve corresponding to different barrel types varies. After filling is completed, to prevent the material remaining on the surface of the filling head from polluting the surface of the packaging container and the environment of the packaging site, it is required that there be no dripping or leakage. The filling head has been specially designed in structure. The surface of the head is a smooth conical surface, which facilitates the concentration of residual liquid at the top of the cone after filling. Then, the residual liquid is sucked into the residual liquid collector through the small hole at the top of the cone to ensure no dripping or leakage after filling. The filled material is of food grade. To prevent the material from being contaminated, all the movements of the filling head are pneumatically controlled, and the materials of its parts and seals are all selected according to food grade.

When filling, the filling head must accurately complete the actions of rising, falling, opening and closing. The ascent and descent are controlled by the main cylinder. The opening and closing are controlled by the flowmeter signal. During filling, the main cylinder of the filling machine descends, and the filling valve is inserted into the bucket opening. The small cylinder on the filling valve is pushed out and opens the valve opening. The material is injected into the bucket through the flowmeter and the filling valve. At the same time, the signal (counting) sent by the flowmeter is collected in real time. When the bucket is full, the weighing and filling mechanism of polymeric ferric sulfate closes the valves before and after the flowmeter. The small cylinder on the filling head retract to close the filling valve, and the residual liquid recovery starts to work. The residual liquid at the head of the filling valve is vacuum recovered to the residual liquid recovery device. At the same time, the main cylinder of the filling machine is lifted, the positioning locking device is opened, and the bucket is moved out by the conveyor. The filling is completed.
