Liquid material or water can be directly added to the reaction tank through the pipeline. After the liquid raw materials are measured, they are automatically added to the corresponding mixing tank through the automatic diverting device at the bottom of the metering tank. The structure of the automatic diverting device, after the total discharge valve of the metering tank is horizontally installed to the automatic discharge valve of each stirring tank, and the front end of the feed pipe of each automatic discharge valve is connected, so as to ensure that there is basically no material after discharge, and the water and liquid material pipe of the discharge pipe of each stirring tank can be combined into one pipe to reduce the cost of pipeline materials.
All the batching process is monitored by the configuration software, the process operation is implemented through the control interface, and the production data is stored in the system database in time to complete the storage and analysis of various production data, and it can also realize the functions of material management, finished product management, personnel management, contract management and other functions.
The automatic Batching system is strictly coordinated and controlled, and the level and flow rate are monitored and adjusted timely and accurately. The programmable controller and the hopper scale form a two-level computer control network, which is connected to the weighing instrument, control computer, PLC, inverter and other equipment with high intelligence and fast processing speed through the field bus. In the process of automatic batching production, the main material and auxiliary material are matched in a certain proportion to complete the measurement of the material transported by the conveyor. PLC is mainly responsible for real-time control of conveying equipment and weighing process, and complete the system fault detection, display and alarm, while the inverter output signal to adjust the spiral speed.
