The control system of the pharmaceutical Filling machine mainly consists of PLC, touch screen, actuator and detection components. The computer downloads programs and monitors the operation of the equipment through the Ethernet PLC. The touch screen communicates with the PLC via the Modbus485 communication protocol, constantly displaying the operating status of the equipment and performing operations such as starting and stopping the equipment and setting various operating parameters. The actuator is responsible for executing the instructions of the PLC and performing the corresponding actions specifically. The detection element sends the status, parameters, etc. of the equipment to the PLC.

The Liquid filling machine is mainly composed of four major parts: the conveying device, the filling device, the capping device and the detection Electronic scale device. Integrate information technology accessory devices, such as printers, scanners, RFID and other information identification devices, to provide identifiable information for materials entering the weighing and distribution process.
