Automatic liquid dispensing system process control:
1) Start the system, set the required weight of the injection water for this time, and the PLC will automatically collect the weight signal of the liquid dispensing tank to determine whether the weight of the injection water in the tank reaches the set value. If the system returns the signal "yes", it will enter the next step and the system returns the signal "no"; Then the system automatically opens the water valve to add water to the liquid dispensing tank to the set weight.
2) The dispensing time of liquid medicine shall be set by the user.
3) The prescription auxiliary materials and main drugs are manually weighed by the user and added into the liquid dispensing tank.
4) Turn on the stirring motor, and the system will automatically countdown to the set stirring time after turning on the stirring motor.
5) The stirring rate of the mixing slurry and the temperature of the liquid at this time are displayed on the HMI user interface during the mixing process.
6) After the liquid dispensing is completed, the user can complete the discharge filtration in the HMI, or it can be set to automatic mode.
