

The weighing module realizes signal acquisition, processing, control and output based on digital intelligent module, industrial control computer and RS485 field bus, which constitutes a weighing system with high cost performance. The communication between on-site monitoring computer and management computer is realized by LAN. The software is programmed with VC++ by modular method.

IOM4050 module is used for A/D conversion, D/O conversion, and one IOM4050 module is used to control the opening and filling valve. The valve is controlled by a single IOM4050. The valve communicates with the controller via RS485 network. Multiple modules can be used to form an RS485 distributed control system network. Each network can connect up to 255 modules, and the network can be connected to the control computer through RS232/RS485 conversion.
The weighing module dynamically displays the running status of each automatic Batching system in real time, including the real-time change of the weight of the raw material tank, the feeding flow rate of various materials, the valve action and the temperature display. The simulated flow chart is vivid and intuitive. The weighing module can display the real-time curve and historical curve of each process parameter, and compare it with the set process curve to guide the process operation. The historical curve can save data for one year or more, and users can consult it at any time. Pre-store various process curves and ratios, and issue control requirements to the weighing and batching system at any time according to the process requirements of each product to complete the rapid transformation of production varieties and production processes.
