Weighing modules are a method of mass (weight) measurement that converts mass (weight) into electricity by means of a force structure. The output voltage signal of the weighing module is accumulated and transmitted to the weighing instrument through the junction box, the weighing instrument displays the weight of the material in the hopper in real time through A/D conversion, and the weighing instrument transmits the displayed weight data to the Weighing system through the serial communication, the weighing system compares the collected weight of the indicator with the weight set by the touch screen (or the computer), and then controls the whole action of the reaction tank weighing. The computer can dynamically display the working status of the kettle dosage, print the weighing data in real time and store the historical data records, which is convenient for users to monitor the working status of the kettle weighing and find the historical data.
