The feeding system (mixer) consists of basic automation system and secondary process computer system. The secondary computer weighing and batching system completes the process control functions such as design plan, design model calculation, batching model calculation, batching liquid component logistics tracking, etc., and completes the automatic feeding control to realize accurate batching.

The automatic dosing machine calculates the formula according to the detection data and inputs it into the computer system through the man-machine interface or computer network. The batching control system automatically calculates the supply ratio of each raw material according to the detection data and the process formula, and then the PLC control system synthesizes the supply speed of each raw material supply system to accurately and continuously complete the raw material proportioning according to the process sequence.

The weighing control system measures the speed of the spiral operation, converts it into corresponding pulse signals, and sends them to the computer after photoelectric isolation. The computer communicates with PLC to detect the flow rate and the running state of the feeding motor. After the instantaneous flow is calculated by the computer, it is compared with the required flow, and the computer outputs the corresponding speed regulating signal. After photoelectric isolation, DA is converted into a speed regulating signal of 4-20mA, and the operating frequency of the frequency converter is adjusted, so as to control the operating speed of the feeding motor and achieve the purpose of controlling the feeding amount.

The feeding system mainly realizes automatic production and whole process control, and provides a complete set of automatic production lines for the requirements of raw material storage, automatic weighing, batching, transportation, mixing, coarse crushing, fine crushing, constant temperature storage, compression molding, polishing, testing, finished product storage and environmental protection.
