The weighing Feeder runs the Siemens WINCC monitoring software through a computer and communicates with the two communication ports of the programmable controller through their respective communication ports. It can operate independently and serve as a mutual backup, significantly enhancing the reliability of the system. The monitoring software can dynamically display the entire production process's technological flow, show the operation, fault and alarm status of each device, display process parameters such as temperature and pressure, and can set parameters such as alarm values, timing parameters, and parameters of weighing instruments.
The weighing and batching machine mainly accomplishes the batching measurement and feeding process control. The PLC, based on the user login level preset by the operator, manually sets and adjusts parameters such as the set weighing times, counterweight, ratio, and impact difference on the CRT. At the same time, it displays the actual value and the actual value of each batching, as well as the next target value calculated by the PLC, on the CRT.
