The weighing and Filling machine creates a predetermined variety of bottling needs by utilizing the modular nature of all the elements of the Electronic scales and selecting the most appropriate inlet valves to create the operability of the filling. The new inlet valves of the Weighing system are able to fill several products in the same production line, with full union and interchangeability as part of this new platform.

Liquid filling machine adopts anti-congestion algorithm, tare discrimination, inlet and outlet counting to effectively ensure the stable operation of the system. The filling process is accomplished by PLC and weighing instrument, one weighing instrument corresponds to one scale platform. Before filling, the system automatically determines whether the tare value is within the set range. If it is less than the set tare value, the instrument will not perform tare operation and will not start the filling process. This function can avoid the mis-filling situation due to the bucket not in place.

In order to ensure that the filling barrels are accurately delivered under the nozzle mouth, the stopping position of the drag plate must be accurately controlled. The speed control of the drag plate is realized by the frequency converter, and the appropriate setting of the start and stop time of the frequency converter can make the control of the drag plate more accurate and stable. The method of detecting the position of the drag board by photoelectric switch is used for positioning. The pulse front of the drag board detected by the photoelectric switch is used as a benchmark, and when the last drag board arrives 1 second before, the inverter is controlled to run slowly to stop the pallet at a more accurate position. After many tests, the position error of the drag plate is no more than 5mm at most, which is usually about 2mm. In order to ensure that the gun descends reliably into the barrel mouth, in the filling position of the two tests installed in the barrel mouth of the mechanical positioning device, in the gun down before the start of the barrel mouth positioning device, can ensure that the gun smoothly into the barrel.
