The control system of the weighing and Filling machine sends the empty barrel to the filling position, aligns the mouth of the barrel with the mouth of the spray gun, presses the "start" button of the Liquid filling machine, and the spray gun enters into the barrel under the drive of the air cylinder. When detecting the gun in place, the bottom valve opens, the nitrogen valve starts to dry nitrogen through the filling port into the barrel, so that the air in the barrel is replaced by nitrogen, and at the same time can accelerate the drying of the inner wall of the barrel, to ensure the safety of filling.
Nitrogen filling machine should ensure that the air in the container is completely replaced out, the specific amount of nitrogen filling can be adjusted by the control instrument time. After a certain amount of nitrogen filling, the nitrogen filling valve is closed, the control instrument automatically removes the tare weight of the empty barrel on the scale, and then the fast and slow dosing ball valve is opened at the same time; the first fast dosing, the gun stays for a period of time in the lowest position of the drop and then starts to rise under the liquid level for filling, and in the middle of the liquid level with the liquid level rising stays at the mouth of the barrel after 3 stops, and then the slow dosing;
When the filling quantity reaches the preset advance quantity, the ball valve and bottom valve will be closed; the spray gun will be raised to the outside of the barrel; the vacuum suction device will be activated to ensure that there is no residual liquid dripping and leaking. Each sealing place of the whole pipeline adopts PTFE material to meet the requirement of no leakage.
The metering filling machine will manually push the full barrel to the solid barrel roller conveyor after the filling is finished, and screw the cap manually and pneumatically; push the solid barrel after screwing the cap to the unloading barrel buffer position; and the packed barrel will be transported away by the forklift truck. At the end of each shift filling, place the barrel under the filling head, close the manual material feeding valve, do a filling process, release the material and shut down the machine. The reaction kettle restores the initial state of the equipment and the whole process ends.
Weighing filling machine through the cylinder drive a piston to extract and hit the material with a one-way valve to control the flow of materials, with a reed switch to control the cylinder stroke, you can adjust the filling volume accuracy of up to 0.5%.
