When the detection spray gun is in place, the bottom valve opens and the nitrogen filling valve starts to fill dry nitrogen into the bucket through the filling port, causing the air inside the bucket to be replaced by nitrogen. At the same time, it can accelerate the drying of the inner wall of the bucket, ensuring filling safety.
When filling nitrogen with the filling machine, it is necessary to ensure that all the air in the container is completely replaced. The specific amount of nitrogen filled can be adjusted through the time control instrument. After a certain amount of nitrogen is filled, the nitrogen filling valve closes, and the control instrument automatically removes the tare weight from the empty bucket of the scale. Then, the fast and slow feeding ball valves open simultaneously. First, add the material quickly. After the spray gun stays at the lowest position for a period of time, it starts to rise below the liquid level for filling. In the middle, as the liquid level rises, it stays at three points and stops at the bucket opening. Then add the material slowly.
When the filling volume of the weighing filling machine reaches the preset lead amount, the ball valve and the bottom valve close. The spray gun rises outside the bucket. The vacuum back-suction device is activated to ensure no residual liquid droplets or leaks. All sealing points of the entire pipeline are sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene material to meet the requirement of no leakage.
After the metering filling machine finishes feeding and filling, the full barrels are manually pushed onto the solid barrel roller conveyor, and the caps are manually and pneumatically screwed on. Push the solid barrel with the lid screwed on to the unloading buffer position. The packaged barrels are transported away by forklifts. After each shift of filling is completed, place the material bucket under the filling head, close the manual material feeding valve, perform one filling process, release the material, and then shut down the machine. The reaction vessel is restored to its initial state, and the entire process is completed.
The weighing and filling machine uses a cylinder to drive a piston to draw and discharge materials. The flow direction of the materials is controlled by a check valve, and the stroke of the cylinder is controlled by a reed switch. The filling volume can be adjusted with an accuracy of up to 0.5%. It adopts pneumatic components from German FESTO and Taiwan AirTac, as well as electrical control parts from Taiwan Delta, featuring stable performance. All parts in contact with materials are made of 316L stainless steel.
