At the same time, the weighing instrument outputs a standard control signal to the speed-regulating motor to adjust the feeding speed, keeping the material flow stable, and ultimately making the system's ratio more accurate. The function of the feeder is accomplished by the batching screw machine as an accessory. At the inlet of the feed hopper, a cut-off gate is usually installed in the horizontal direction; at the outlet of the feed hopper, a movable feeding gate plate perpendicular to the screw surface is installed. The cut-off gate is usually used to cut off the discharge from the feed hopper to complete operations such as zeroing the batching. The feeding gate plate usually has a fixed opening degree, and when the flow setting value changes, only the speed of the screw conveyor changes, while the material load on the screw remains stable; but when the flow setting value changes significantly and exceeds the speed regulation range of the batching screw motor, the feeding gate plate is operated manually to make the Batching system work under a new screw conveyor with a stable material load value.

The supervision system mainly includes a database server, a PC workstation, and an Electronic scale. The database server stores brand formulas and daily operation task data, etc.; the workstation performs maintenance of brand formulas, management of operation tasks, and historical data query, etc.; the weighing module of the electronic scale is connected to the IND560 control terminal, and the weight data is transmitted to the workstation through IND560; during the operation process, the theoretical weight and actual weight of the single material are compared, and the equipment communicates through industrial Ethernet using TCP/IP protocol.

PC formula maintenance, adding new brand formulas, editing or deleting existing brand formulas, browsing all the formulas saved by the batching system; task management: select the brand formula that needs to be configured, input the total mass that the current formula needs to be configured, and the system automatically generates the theoretical mass of each single material for the current task. When the formula changes, only the formula database needs to be modified. After the batching initialization and the maintenance of brand formulas are completed, the main working steps are as follows: select the brand formula and input the mass that needs to be configured for this brand, the batching system automatically calculates the mass of each single material for this formula; obtain the list of unfinished tasks from the database; according to the sequence of the task list, the weighing terminal determines whether the single material is the single material of the current task, if not, give an error prompt message, if it is the single material of the current task, compare the shelf life of the single material and obtain the theoretical mass of the current single material; Place the single material on the electronic scale for weighing, and transmit the obtained mass information from the electronic scale to the PC workstation; the PC workstation forwards the actual mass to be compared with the theoretical mass of the current single material. When the actual mass of this single material matches the theoretical mass (within the allowable error range), this single material is completed and the verification of the next single material begins. When all the single materials of this formula have completed the verification, the current task is completed. During the process of the task completion, the batching operation automatically records the relevant data of this task, such as the operator, batch code, and the quality of each formula.
