Each scale is equipped with three weighing modules, whose signals are fed to the distributor, connected in parallel to the bridge wall, and sent to the weighing instrument by subverting the voltage divider.

Weighing and feeding station is an advanced equipment integrating weighing, mixing and conveying, which realizes accurate proportioning and uniform mixing of raw materials through accurate Weighing system and efficient mixing system, thus ensuring the stability of product quality and the improvement of production efficiency. Based on dynamic weighing and continuous mixing, the raw materials are weighed in real time through high-precision weighing sensors to ensure that the amount of each raw material added is in accordance with the preset formula ratio. Then, the mixing system makes the raw materials quickly and fully mixed in the mixing chamber through the high-speed rotation of the mixing paddles. During the mixing process, the equipment also has an automatic adjustment function, which can automatically adjust the mixing speed and mixing time according to the nature of the raw materials and mixing requirements, in order to achieve the best mixing effect.
During the powder conveying process, the Electronic scale transmits the pulse volume signal to the quantitative weighing instrument, each pulse signal represents the volume of the powder flowing through (unit: cubic meter); at the same time, there is a weighing module installed on the powder conveying pipeline, which is used for real-time monitoring of the weight change during the powder conveying process, and the weighing instrument and transmits the data back to the quantitative control system. Weighing instrument will receive the volume signal through the conversion coefficient for synchronous operation of timely flow data, in reaching the pre-set number of kilograms sent automatically stop the pump, shut down the valve.
Main structure
