The strain gauge then mirrors the deformation, producing an electronic signal that is eventually converted into a digital format, allowing the operator to monitor the weight or force. The weighing module converts weight or the force applied to it into a signal. When a load is applied to the sensor, the resistance changes, resulting in a change in the output voltage. On the basis of the original analog sensor, the functions of digital conversion, digital correction, digital filtering and digital compensation are added to the weighing module.
