

A weighing module is a device that converts a mass signal into a measurable electrical output. When something is weighed, the weighing module deforms in response to the forces above. The strain gauge then mirrors the deformation, producing an electronic signal that is eventually converted into a digital format, allowing the operator to monitor the weight or force. The weighing module converts weight or the force applied to it into a signal. When a load is applied to the sensor, the resistance changes, resulting in a change in the output voltage. To achieve the rapid and accurate weighing of materials, especially with the emergence of microprocessors, the continuous improvement of the degree of automation of industrial production process, automatic detection in the production process and powder particle feed control, etc., the weighing module is applied.

On the basis of the original analog sensor, the functions of digital conversion, digital correction, digital filtering and digital compensation are added to the weighing module. Because the analog signal output is replaced by digital signal output, the analog signal of traditional weighing module is easily affected by interference and attenuation, and the reliability of the system is greatly improved.
The weighing module integrates material storage, quantitative feeding, weighing, sealing and conveying, and the whole process is controlled by microcomputer with high degree of automation. Each single scale has advanced technology and excellent performance, and the whole system is compact.
The input and output of the weight data in the weighing module can be completed by the terminal equipment under the multi-material and multi-formula environment. The setting data can be easily output or displayed on the terminal screen, which is a centralized monitoring system for the purpose of realizing automatic control, using PLC, man-machine and configuration software to realize automatic control; With on-site monitoring, fault alarm, data collection, record, statistics, query, printing and one of the automatic process. The system works stably and reliably for a long time, eliminates the error of human dosing, improves the efficiency of dosing, and improves the working environment and working conditions.
