MF31 Weighing Liquid Filling Machine

Weighing Liquid Filling Machine provides filling throughput by gravity or by using a pump to fill, moving continuously through different filling, capping, etc. It is a complete set of automated equipment for weighing and filling control by using high-precision electronic scale measuring device, electrical control management and visualization man-machine software configuration. The weight and filling control of the material loaded into the container is carried out through the monitoring system and the PLC program, thus realizing precise metering and filling.

Weighing and Filling machine using Electronic scales will be converted into DC power timing power supply, multi-phase timing control current for power supply to the stepper motor, through the filling weight to send pulse signals transmitted to the stepper motor, the entire mechanism of the movement coordination through the grooved wheel mechanism and cam mechanism to drive the top bar to achieve the up and down movement of the filling process. In order to realize the whole filling requirements, it has high weighing accuracy, short weighing time, friendly man-machine interface and high resolution. Through setting parameters, zero point and calibration of weighing instrument, accurate weighing of the corresponding set weight can be accomplished.

At the beginning of metering, the switch starts to open the fast feed valve and the slow feed valve at the same time to inject liquid into the barrel, the weighing instrument measures the mass of the liquid in the barrel to reach the preset value of the slow feed volume, the fast feed valve closes, the remaining mass is filled by the slow feed valve, and the slow feed valve closes when it reaches the set quantitative value. The system uses slow feed valve and fast feed valve to add raw materials to achieve high speed and accuracy. The whole process can be set and observed through the touch screen.
