Weighing and filling machines

The weighing and filling machine is mainly composed of four main parts: transfer device, filling device, suction and sealing device and detection electronic scale device. Integrate informationization accessory equipment, such as printers, scanning guns, RFID and other information identification equipment, to give the material into the weighing and dispensing process of identifiable information. Adopt CS control management server as the server to manage the whole filling. The industrial Ethernet is used as a network to connect the operating stations of each process. An operator station is placed at each process and connected to each process equipment. Functions of each station are realized by the operator station.

The weighing and Filling machine adopts a local area network to achieve communication between the on-site monitoring computer and the management computer. The Filling system is developed using a modular method and VC++. The A/D conversion adopts the IOM4017 module, the D/O conversion adopts the IOM4050 module, and the door opening filling valve is controlled by an IOM4050. The filling machine can communicate with the control host through the RS485 network. Multiple modules can be conveniently used to form an RS485 distributed control system network. Each network can be connected in series with up to 255 modules. The network can be connected to the control computer through RS232/RS485 conversion.

At the start of filling, the switch activates both the rapid feed valve and the slow feed valve to open simultaneously, injecting liquid into the bucket. When the mass of the liquid in the bucket measured by the weighing instrument reaches the preset value of the slow feed volume, the rapid feed valve closes, and the remaining mass is filled by the slow feed valve. When the set quantitative value is reached, the slow feed valve closes.

The filling system uses slow-speed feed valves and fast-speed feed valves to add raw materials, in order to achieve the purpose of high speed and accuracy. Perform input weighing and sub-packaging, as well as record-keeping, to achieve packaging management of material input. The weight of the input materials is weighed manually or by providing material information, and the information on material input is recorded. By receiving work orders through information filling, the work order information is converted into execution parameters for automated equipment, and the driving equipment follows the work order instructions to achieve batch control of the filling process.
