The automatic Filling machine adopts RS232 interface to connect the touch screen and PLC through communication cable. Remote touch screen (HMIA) and local touch screen (HMIB) are connected through Ethernet, both of them can display meter data and equipment status, and both of them can control the automatic filling machine. The Filling system completes the configuration and debugging of the Weighing system, the online correction of the detection parameters and the setting of the control parameters, and also realizes the functions of collecting the production data, generating and printing the reports, alarming of the abnormal signals and the network distribution of the production site information. By using the web function of Configuration King 6.53, the upper monitoring computer also acts as the web server of the weighing system, and the Configuration King project can complete the web publishing through the web server. Remote monitoring is connected to the site via Ethernet, so that the operator can monitor the weighing system remotely anytime and anywhere via Ethernet and IE browser.
