The screw conveyor consists of a stepper motor, a reducer and a spiral shaft with spiral blades. The spiral axis rotates so that the powder material moves relative to the spiral surface, and the material is subjected to the friction of the material groove or the conveying pipe wall and does not rotate with the spiral blade, thus pushing the material along the axial direction to achieve the conveying of the material. At the beginning of material delivery, large and small screw conveyors work at the same time, and the work of large screw conveyors can improve the efficiency of material delivery. When the weight of the material in the tray reaches a preset weight value (the preset weight value is generally set to about 95% of the final weight value of the material), the weighing module sends a signal to the control system, and the control system controls the stepping motor of the large screw conveyor to stop working. At this time, only the small screw conveyor continues to work to achieve the purpose of accurate feeding.
Process flow
1: From the bin into the mixing tank, and then by the reaction kettle into the mixing tank, the weight is measured by the weighing module, and according to the actual need of the flow to adjust the speed of the inverter, so as to achieve normal feeding.
2: After the metering of the punching plate flowmeter, it enters the feed box of the spiral pneumatic conveying pump and pushes forward through the feeding mechanism.
3: Enter the mixing chamber and be vaporized by the fan outlet air, and sent into the conveying pipeline.
