The weighing Filling machine creates the operability of filling required for various sample bottles by taking advantage of the inherent nature of all elements of the Electronic scale and selecting the most appropriate oil inlet valve. The new oil inlet valve of the Weighing system can be installed on several products on the same production line, fully integrated and interchangeable as part of this new platform.

The explosion-proof Liquid filling machine effectively ensures the stable operation of the system by adopting anti-congestion algorithms, tare weight discrimination, inlet and outlet counting and other methods. The filling process is jointly accomplished by the PLC and the weighing instrument, with one weighing instrument corresponding to one scale platform. Before filling, the system automatically determines whether the tare weight value is within the set range. If the tare weight is less than the set value, the instrument will not perform the tare operation and will not start the filling process. This function can prevent misfilling caused by the barrels not being in place.

To ensure that the filling bucket is accurately delivered to the nozzle of the spray gun, the stop position of the drag plate must be precisely controlled. The speed control of the drag plate is achieved by a frequency converter. Appropriately setting the start and stop times of the frequency converter can make the control of the drag plate more accurate and stable. The positioning is carried out by using the photoelectric switch to detect the position of the drag plate. The pulse leading edge of the drag plate is detected by the photoelectric switch as the reference. One second before the last drag plate arrives, the frequency converter is controlled to run at a slow speed to stop the drag plate at a relatively accurate position. After multiple tests, the maximum positional error of the drag plate does not exceed 5mm, and it is usually around 2mm. To ensure that the spray gun can reliably enter the bucket mouth when it descends, mechanical positioning devices for the bucket mouth are installed on both sides of the filling position. Starting the bucket mouth positioning device before the spray gun descends can ensure that the spray gun can smoothly enter the bucket.
