The automatic filling machine is determined by time and unit time flow, controlled by a programmable controller (PLC), and monitored by the man-machine interface touch screen, and the operating parameters can be modified online. It mainly includes three parts: constant pressure batching tank, bottle clamping and filling head part, frequency conversion speed regulating conveyor belt part. The upper part of the main engine is a constant pressure batching tank, which has upper and lower level sensors, and is full when flooded. The constant pressure dispensing tank is empty when the liquid level is lower than the lower limit. The liquid inlet solenoid valve flows into the constant pressure batching tank. When the liquid level reaches the upper limit, the inlet solenoid valve is shut off to keep the liquid level stable. The bottle clamping device is driven down by the air cylinder. After falling into place, the bottle clamping device is positioned by the air cylinder clamping. The position of dropping and clamping is controlled by the stroke switch. After the positioning and clamping, the filling head is driven down by the air cylinder, and the solenoid valve of the filling head is opened after the position is in place, and the filling capacity is controlled by controlling the opening time of the solenoid valve.
