The automatic Filling machine fills and weighs different large containers to ensure accurate, safe and low-dust filling and weighing with maximum performance. It adopts the structure of hanging bottle mouth to convey bottles, which integrates cleaning, filling and capping, and it can be more convenient to change the bottle type. Adopting electronic metering filling, the filling precision is higher, the main electrical components are imported from Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron and other famous brands.

The weighing and filling equipment is manufactured with PLC programmable controller, two-stage automatic filling mode, two filling modes of net/gross weight are free to choose, and the filling target quantity is free to be set, which is convenient for all kinds of weight packaging. Through the microprocessor's calculation and analysis, it is transformed into electrical signals or other required forms of information output according to certain laws, and the filling machine is used to meet the requirements of information transmission, processing, storage, display, recording and control.
