It is equipped with a high-performance control platform, communication module, and switch input/output module formed by Mitsubishi Q series PLC and Advantech industrial control microcomputer, establishing software serving the automated process control and using computer recognition technology. Printing technology, automatic control technology and information technology form intelligent filling, meeting customers' requirements for the automation, informatization and intelligence of the filling process. During the filling operation, the execution, pause, cancellation, end, and stop processes and states all run within one execution batch, featuring the function of flexibly defining the process. It connects the operation stations of each process through an industrial Ethernet network. An operation station is placed in each process and connected to the equipment of each process. The functions of each workstation are realized through the operation station.
