The Filling system is mainly composed of the upper computer monitoring system and the automatic weighing unit controlled by the underlying microcontroller. The upper computer system is supported by a database, storing the relevant static parameters of the system and real-time data in the production process; it accomplishes human-computer interaction, monitoring of the filling process and graphical display of production data.

Automatic Filling machine according to the requirements of the filling process, the database contains two core data tables: process parameters and production data table. Process parameter table is used to store the filling product specifications of the relevant parameters, such as product code, product name, filling volume and up and down deviation, etc., this kind of parameter is the filling process on the basis of automatic control.

The production data table is used to record the real-time production data, such as the actual filling volume and the number of filled bags and other information, so as to be called by the subsequent program, error analysis and data query, statistics, etc. The lower computer is mainly used to collect the filling weight and control the filling process. The lower computer mainly realizes filling weight collection and filling process control, and the collected data is uploaded through the serial port.
