

The weight checker is mainly composed of conveying part, weighing part and sorting part. The products to be inspected and weighed in queue on the assembly line are conveyed by a conveyor belt to increase the running speed and ensure sufficient spacing between products to avoid having two products on the weighing table at the same time. After the products enter the weighing platform, the system recognizes the products to be inspected into the weighing area according to the external signals (photoelectricity, threshold). The weighing section completes the acquisition of the weight signals and sends them to the controller for processing to obtain the dynamic weight value of each product. The sorting section is used to transport the products that have completed the inspection out of the weighing area and to reject the products that do not pass the weight test. Depending on the shape and weight of the product, the rejection can be done by air blowing, pusher, flap, etc.

The weight checking machine gives release to the items that pass the test, and for the weight non-conforming items, either by means of an alarm or by being pushed out of the conveyor belt by the sorting organization. The automatic weight checker can replace the manual sampling and testing on the production line, and it can do so for all the items passing through without exception, which is a very suitable measuring equipment to ensure the quality of the production products.
There is a light conveyor belt installed on the inspection table of the automatic inspection machine. When the measured item passes through the inspection table, the system determines its weight, detects whether it meets the specified weight requirements, and makes qualified, overweight and underweight prompts, or executes corresponding rejecting action of non-conforming products (according to the user's needs), and pushes out the non-conforming products from the production line. Checkweigher control system has standard weight detection, counting, alarm, sorting and other functions. The checkweigher can also have the function of grading and sorting (customized). When a conveyor belt transfers items of different weight specifications, the sorting scale is still able to identify their weight.
The weight checkweigher can be used to control the qualified rate of finished products, detect whether the weight of the package meets the standard, determine whether the number of items placed in the box meets the requirements, automatically determine the weight of small packaged food and grade classification, can also be used to detect the weight error of the bags on the quantitative packaging production line, but also to detect the abnormal state of the machining production line of the previous processing process, so as to eliminate non-conforming goods It can also be used to detect the abnormal status of the previous processing process in the machining line, so as to reject the non-conforming products, or to implement the alarm, so as to adjust the equipment in time and control the product quality.
