The sorting system requires the slit pole plate to be introduced into the weighing and sorting area by the conveyor belt, the proximity sensor detects the pole plate and transmits the signal to the PLC, which sends out a trigger signal to the manipulator. The robot firstly moves vertically to absorb the pole plate, then moves horizontally to the left, places the pole plate in the weighing module for weighing, and the weighing module transmits the weight signal to the ACPU at the same time, and then the robot receives the trigger signal from the PLC, carries out the identification and positioning, and again moves vertically to absorb the weighed pole plate from the weighing module. Then it moves horizontally to the left or to the right, recognizes different horizontal limit switches according to the trigger signal, and completes the placement of the pole plate to the pole plate box. At the same time, the CPU counts the number of qualified pole plates of different weight levels. When the number of pole plates in the pole plate storage box reaches the detection range of the proximity switch, the proximity switch will send out a signal to inform the system that the number of pole plates of a certain level or several levels has reached the upper limit, and the operator should carry out the replacement of the pole plate box in time. The production process requires the control system not only to be able to automatically identify and transmit various input and output signals, but also to have a perfect warning function, and to enable the actuator to accurately locate and complete the corresponding action.
